Re: Steel Drum Used to Package Several Materials

This letter is to inform you that the steel drum used to package the materials listed at the end of this communication, which are supplied from North America, will be changed. The drum will visually appear different as the new version will have corrugations in the steel. The drum will also have a slightly thinner mid-body section, reducing from 1.0 mm to 0.9 mm in thickness. The top and bottom portions of the drum will remain at the present 1.0 mm thickness. There are no changes to the epoxy-phenolic internal coating of the drum nor the plugs or gasket materials.
This change is not expected to have an impact on the performance of the products. We anticipate the change to take place sometime in H2 2017. A list of the affected materials is attached as a separate document.
